Apologies everyone. There were a few last-minute items that had to be approved by the board before the annual meeting notices could be mailed. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a miscommunication regarding them and the notices were severely delayed as a result. To ensure we can give proper and adequate notice to everyone, the annual meeting has been delayed until May 13. Select Management is currently sending out the notices, and we expect them to begin arriving in everybody's mailboxes within a week. Again, my apologies for having to delay the meeting.
The board has set our annual meeting for May 13, at 6pm via Zoom. Physical notices will be sent out shortly. Besides the usual elements of the annual meeting, we will also be discussing and hearing comments on the updates to the by-laws, which will also be included in the notice to everybody. Please do note that the annual meeting is not the vote on the by-laws, but is intended to be a forum for discussions and questions about them. If you cannot be present at the annual meeting, please send any concerns or questions about them to the board via forestcreekboard@googlegroups.com prior to the meeting. They will be presented at the meeting by the board (as well as answered to you directly in e-mail response).
The next board meeting will be the annual meeting on May 13 at 6:00pm over Zoom.
