Another short update this month...with more brick repairs coming:
The board is currently reviewing the projected budget for 2016. Once the budget is approved, including any changes to the monthly association dues, notices will be sent via postal mail to each co-owner next month. We will also post an update to this website as soon as possible.
Co-owners may contact the board with questions about the budget approval process.
After a delay due to contractor scheduling, brick repairs are continuing this month. Special attention is being given to an area next to 3032, where a large section of the wall is currently being replaced.
We are working with the contractor to complete as many repairs as possible before the weather ultimately delays the project. We're keeping a list of scheduled repairs that will be completed, and hope we find no others during the Fall Walk-thru...
Due to the switch from Daylight Savings, the community walk-thru that was scheduled for the evening of November 3 has been moved. The board members will now be walking through the community grounds on Saturday, November 14 at 1:00 p.m. (starting at the mailboxes). Any co-owner who wishes to join us is welcome to come along. As always, we will be taking notes and pictures of the areas we find that require repair, but your help and pictures are appreciated.
If you cannot join us, we encourage you to email us with a description of the problem, and include pictures (if possible).
