Some of the pipes feeding the irrigation system in the north-west corner of Forest Creek were damaged, and a contractor is being coordinated to repair it. If you happen to notice other damage to the buildings or infrastructure around Forest Creek (or Birch Hollow), please let the board know so we can take appropriate action.
The contractor was on-site, and many of the areas that were in need of fixes were repaired. The remaining areas remain on our list and are being scheduled.
The board has approved a budget for 2023. Due to the broad increases in costs as well as some reserve items requiring more immediate work than was originally expected, the association dues will be increasing by 10% going into 2023. Select Management will be mailing out the payment coupons and letters reflecting this change.
