The board has started the process for repaving the central parking lot and also fixing the decaying concrete curbs around the same. We will be using an engineering firm to coordinate this work, and to ensure that it is done properly to avoid issues such as the re-occurring pot hole. We will gathering bids for this work, and it is expected that the actual repaving will take place in 2024.
The time of year where estate and yard sales are common is fast approaching. Last year, there were some complaints regarding parking, traffic, and damage to grassy areas related to some sales. As the result, the board has adopted (pursuant to the by-laws, Article VI, Sections 4 & 9) some rules and regulations for holding estate and yard sales in the community. These rules will be posted HERE at the Forest Creek Website (see Documents page), and will also be distributed with the next newsletter to everyone. If you are considering holding such a sale, please review them. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the board.
