The board has approved a budget for 2025. Due to the increases in costs as well the need to maintain our reserve funds, the association dues will be increasing by 5% going into 2025. Select Management will be mailing out the payment coupons and letters reflecting this change.
The board is beginning the process of updating and modernizing our by-laws to, among some other changes, remove obsolete references to the builder and to comply with the latest revisions of Michigan condo law. A brief document summarizing the changes we are looking to make is available for everyone to view HERE. We welcome feedback from everyone, and we will consider all responses. At the bottom of the summary are two links. The first is a link to the full text of the by-laws draft with these proposed changes. The second is a Google Form for providing feedback.
