We have a short update this month, mostly following-up on items noted during the Fall walk-thru.
Below is a list of repairs that have been made throughout the community during the last month:
A broken photo cell near 3065 has been replaced.
The drain cap in the driveway near 3074 has been repaired.
Some loose siding above 3074 has been repaired.
A corner area of the foundation near 3012 has been resealed.
Some boulders that were impeding sidewalk area have been moved back to their correct positions.
The gutters have been cleaned community-wide.
Concrete steps at 3011 and 3179 will be replaced on Friday, December 18.
The concrete patio at 3004 will be leveled on Friday, December 18.
The wood railing at 3179 has been scheduled for repair.
Several minor wood repairs are in progress community-wide.
The brick repairs that have been described in previous updates are still in progress.
On Monday, December 21, staff from Select Community Management will meet with representatives from the City of Ann Arbor to discuss the best way for residents of Forest Creek to provide their bins for pickup. Due to the space and configuration of the driveway area, some issues have come up, and we want to make sure the bins continue to be regularly picked up. Once a firm solution for the placement of bins has been determined, we will send notices to each resident and provide instructions in the next monthly update.
The board wishes everyone in the Forest Creek community a safe and happy holiday season. Thanks for visiting!
