The board has received complaints regarding blocked driveways and roads from illegally parked vehicles in the community.
This poses 3 problems for us all. First and foremost is that there is a safety issue with blocking the driveways that an ambulance or firetruck would need to navigate in the event of an emergency. Secondly, with winter weather fast approaching, such vehicles will interfere with snow plowing and salting. Finally, it poses general navigational issues and unsightliness in the community. Everyone who parks here must abide by the rules for doing so.
To the effect, if you see a parked vehicle where it should not be, please call Aaron at Select Management (734-663-1900 Ext: 233) as soon as safely possible after seeing the vehicle so action can be taken quickly (in case the vehicle later moves).
The board is beginning the process of updating and modernizing our by-laws to, among some other changes, remove obsolete references to the builder and to comply with the latest revisions of Michigan condo law. A brief document summarizing the changes we are looking to make is available for everyone to view HERE. We welcome feedback from everyone, and we will consider all responses. At the bottom of the summary are two links. The first is a link to the full text of the by-laws draft with these proposed changes. The second is a Google Form for providing feedback.

The next board meeting will be on January 23 at 6:00pm over Zoom.
