Now that the snow has subsided, it's time for us to start planning for new repairs and Spring project updates. First...
The annual meeting for 2015 has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 14. As with the previous few years, it will be held in the Jewish Community Center. Sign-in will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting will be called to order at 7:00 p.m. Official announcement letters and ballot/proxy forms have already been sent out to co-owners, and will soon be available for download from our Documents page.
With the Winter weather breaking, some additional needed brick and wood repairs have been identified. We've also received reports of some window shutters that need repair or replacement. We will continue to stay on top of these as they come up, and will work to compile a complete list of necessary repairs during the Spring community walk-thru.
As announced last Fall, the board has approved a plan for Asphalt Specialists, Inc. (ASI) to seal-coat and re-stripe the driveway and guest parking area. The project was moved forward to this Spring due to weather. Contractors from ASI will be coming to the community to re-evaluate the project, and assess any damage after the past Winter.
This is expected be a two-day project, where each side of the entrance and parking area will be completed on consecutive days. In addition, the handicapped parking spaces will be rearranged so that each corner of the parking area will have a space available, increasing the total number of handicapped parking spaces to four.
While this project in occurring, some guest parking may be unavailable, so co-owners should plan accordingly. We will post the dates for when the project will take place as soon as they are available.

The Spring walk-thru of the community will be schedule for sometime in late April, after the annual meeting. The next board meeting and monthly update will be in mid-May.
