Some of the pipes feeding the irrigation system in the north-west corner of Forest Creek were damaged earlier this year. If you happen to notice other damage to the buildings or infrastructure around Forest Creek (or Birch Hollow), please let the board know so we can take appropriate action.
Over the past weeks, we have reviewed the status of the mailboxes along with the integrated parcel boxes. Of the 8 parcel boxes, 5 are fully operational. The key tags have all been replaced with new tags to make matching key to box easier. Several of the doors' internal springs have been replaced to prevent doors from swinging open with the breeze. Overall, the mailbox / parcel box units are in fair condition and are not in need of replacement.
The contractor was on-site these past weeks and work was done on several trees. In response to feedback from community members, the board will be more diligent with notices for future work in around the buildings. Several trees have sustained damage due to the weather, and remediation is either scheduled or already performed.
