This year, the board has decided to focus on several key projects. Some of them are on-going projects from previous years, but these projects are the planned large expenditures this year:
Concrete work, to be reviewed with the Spring thaw for the most pressing areas of concern
Tree work will continue this year throughout the community
Replacement light pole near the mail boxes
Brick veneer replacements and maintenance
The board has met with our insurance agent, and we will be reviewing options regarding our insurance to ensure we have proper coverage at the best price.
