The board has set our annual meeting for April 23, at 6pm via Zoom. Physical notices will be sent out in mid-March. Besides the usual elements of the annual meeting, the packet will include the by-laws revisions and the ballot (with return envelope) for voting on the changes. It is important that everyone review these changes and cast their vote on them. All ballots must be received within 90 days of the official, mailed notice in mid-March.
During the annual meeting, we will also hold a question-and-answer session regarding the by-laws revisions and the voting process.
Please do note that the annual meeting is not the vote on the by-laws, but is intended to be a forum for discussions and questions about them. If you cannot be present at the annual meeting, please send any concerns or questions about them to the board via forestcreekboard@googlegroups.com prior to the meeting. They will be presented at the meeting by the board (as well as answered to you directly in e-mail response).
