The board will be conducting a full reserve study in 2026. We are in the process of finalizing quotes, and will likely be selecting the company to perform it within the next two meetings.
Our day for recycling pickup has changed. All recycling will be picked-up on Tuesdays from now on. Trash pickup remains on Mondays.
The next board meeting will be on February 25 at 6:00pm over Zoom.
