The board has finalized the bid for working on the entire community's balconies. As always, if you have concerns over a specific balcony, please let the board know. Pictures are very helpful in these cases.
This work will cause disruptions to the use of balconies as they undergo the work. The board will work with the contractor to ensure notice is given to affected owners.
Several of the wooden retaining walls, especially the ones located near the entrance are in need of replacement. The board has approved a bid to replace 3 of them with block masonry, and we expect work to begin on them soon.
The next board meeting will be the on September 24 at 6:00pm over Zoom.
