Contractors have been around the community and will be continuing work on the balconies, wood repairs, and painting. At the moment, they are replacing wood and priming it. After, they will be begin the painting.
This work will cause disruptions to the use of balconies as they undergo the work as well as temporary disruptions around the building where wood is being repaired.
Several of the wooden retaining walls, especially the ones located near the entrance are in need of replacement. The board has approved a bid to replace 3 of them with block masonry, and we are coordinating with the contractor for a finalized date.
The next board meeting will be the on October 20 at 6:00pm over Zoom.
