The board has set our annual meeting for April 14, at 6pm via Zoom. Physical notices have been mailed to everyone. Expect to see the packet in your mailbox within in the next few days. This change was prompted by the association's attorneys pointing-out the fact that our by-laws state that the annual meeting must be held on the second Tuesday of April. Sorry for any confusion or scheduling contention this may cause.
Besides the usual elements of the annual meeting, the packet will include the by-laws revisions and the ballot (with return envelope) for voting on the by-laws changes. It is important that everyone review these changes and cast their vote on them. All ballots must be received by the annual meeting at Select's offices. Again, this change is required to meet legal necessities for validly passing the changes.
If you cannot be present at the annual meeting, please send any concerns or questions about them to the board via forestcreekboard@googlegroups.com prior to the meeting. They will be presented at the meeting by the board (as well as answered to you directly in e-mail response).
